At this annual retreat we will again encourage lively conversation focused on possibilities rather then problems. We will courageously ask the significant questions about how we are influenced and how we influence others. We focus on leadership as an expression of character and commitment. This is not another management seminar:
- It has more to do with standards and principles than strategies and tactics.
- It has more to do with doing the right thing than doing things right.
- It has more to do with changing yourself than with managing change.
- This three day retreat is for those who are willing to change themselves before they try to change others. We offer it as an opportunity to share meaningful conversation and good times with a small group of people choosing to live a life of significance.
